Approaching and acquire Creators into YouTube MCN network
Source potential creators based on targeted categories and criterion

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to convince creators to join network
Ability to identify and facilitate the growth of potential YouTubers / creators
Demonstrated ability to target creators with high potential
Familiar with Youtube MCN business(Plus)
2+ years of experience at talent management (Experience in MCN companies is Plus)
Experience in communicating with YouTubers/creators directly to invite YouTubers/creators to join the network and maintain good relationships
