About the Role

We're looking to expand our People team with talent who are eager to jumpstart their career journey in a dynamic and vibrant environment. This HR Intern will be involved in different HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, HR operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Help with the coordination of training and development programs
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  

Job Requirements

About You

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available for minimum of 3-6 months internship duration.
