We're opening the first LiberNovo store in Southeast Asia and we want one person to own it from day one.

LiberNovo - the world's first dynamic ergonomic chair opens its flagship store at Mid Valley Megamall. We're looking for a Store Manager to build it from the ground up: help set up the store, hire and train the founding crew, shape the playbook alongside the brand's international HQ, then run the store and grow with us as we expand across the region.

Salary: Rm4,000 to Rm5,000 + sales commission

Why this store is different

This isn't a stock-and-shelf outlet. It's an experience space, customers spend around 20 minutes in guided demos across scene-based zones, and every chair is delivered from our warehouse. So your floor is 100% about experience and conversion, not stockkeeping. It's also an always-on content set, with daily livestreams and in-store events built into how the store runs.

What you'll own

• Launch the store - join a month before opening to help with set-up, complete product training with HQ, hire your founding team, and run the grand opening campaign
• Drive sales - own daily targets, footfall and demo-to-conversion, and coach the team on the guided demo experience
• Lead the team - schedule around weekend peaks, coach performance, and set the standard for how the store runs
• Run operations - opening/closing SOPs, customer delivery coordination, demo-unit upkeep, and frontline aftersales
• Run the content engine - daily TikTok/FB/IG livestreams with in-stream checkout, everyday content capture, and support for KOL sessions
• Host events - monthly in-store activations (posture check days, ergonomics workshops) and corporate/B2B visitors

What we're looking for

Must have

• 2+ years in retail, including supervisory or store management experience
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable on camera for livestreams and store content - or genuinely keen to learn
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Available to start by early September 2026 and based at Mid Valley

Nice to have (a plus, not a dealbreaker)

• Conversational or fluent Mandarin
• POS experience and comfort with sales data (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience opening a new store or leading a launch

Job Requirements

About You

• At least 2 years of retail experience, with supervisory or store management experience preferred
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent Mandarin is strongly preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership, with solid organisational and people-management skills
•  Comfortable with sales data and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets); POS experience a plus
• Confident making day-to-day calls on scheduling, staffing and store operations
• Comfortable being on camera for livestreams and store content, or willing to learn
• Able to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays; overtime eligibility in line with company policy
• Willing to be based at Mid Valley Megamall
