- Oversee and fulfill golf and leisure reservation requests globally via various communication channels promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere to established internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) while processing reservation requests.
- Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of operational and management reports, documentation, and records.

Job Requirements

**Requirements**
- Proficient in IT and possess excellent skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.

- Capable of identifying, addressing, and resolving daily issues and challenges.
- Must be driven to excel, proactive, eager to learn, and maintain a positive attitude.
