Job Summary:
You're not just in sales—you’re in the business of delighting people. You help companies find the perfect merchandise that makes their brand shine and their recipients feel appreciated. Whether it's a client appreciation kit or a sustainability-themed launch gift, you know exactly what fits.

You're the kind of person who talks with purpose, writes with flair, and isn't afraid to hit "Go Live" on a product demo. If you stop talking to people or feel a lack of human energy - that’s when you feel your day isn’t that great. If this speaks about you, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly face (and voice) behind every WhatsApp, email, or Zoom inquiry
  • Understand what clients need—even before they tell you the specifics—and make great recommendations
  • Create fast, accurate quotations (yes, sometimes with discount calculations on the fly)
  • Host at least 2 video calls/demos per day and showcase our merchandise with flair
  • Follow up, follow through, and follow all the way until the order is placed
  • Collaborate with design and ops teams for seamless project handovers
  • Keep CRM tools updated and track leads like a pro
  • Suggest product bundles that are not only practical—but purposeful

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Confident in video calls and knows how to talk with people from all walks of life
  • Familiar with Canva or simple design tools to prep mockups
  • Self-driven and motivated by impact, client happiness, and commissions
  • Passionate about storytelling and presenting things that matter
  • Bonus: experience selling gifts, campaigns, or creative/solution-based products
