Job Summary:
Welcome to the engine room! As an operations intern, you'll roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of gift fulfilment, logistics, and real-time problem solving. This is your playground if you're organized, proactive, and love the feeling of seeing things move from chaos to order.

You’ll get to experience what goes on behind the scenes of a business that cares deeply about every gift that leaves our door.

Responsibilities:

• Support packing and quality control of gift boxes and merchandise
• Assist in stocktaking, inventory updates, and vendor deliveries
• Help manage fulfillment timelines and ensure nothing is missed
• Join meetings and see how real project timelines are tracked
• Brainstorm packing ideas that are beautiful, efficient, and sustainable
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Passion for organization, planning, and making things run smoothly
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a company with real impact
• Able to commit min. 3 months (longer preferred)
• Bonus if you’re great with Excel or Google Sheets
• Adaptable, hands-on, and proactive
• Don't need to wait to act on the next task
• Loves to be busy (cannot sit still)
• Wants to learn how to coordinate between departments
