Job Requirements

Sales Execution & Outreach

  • You’re comfortable picking up the phone - calling is part of how you build momentum
  • You understand the difference between prospecting, qualifying, and closing, and you know where your strengths lie
  • You have an active Linkedin account — and you know how to search for prospects, nurture and DM them
  • You know how to build a proposal deck and keep the formats error-free
  • You know how to manage your own sales pipeline and calculate your own sales number. Numbers don’t intimidate you — targets give you clarity and direction

Product Storytelling & Creativity

  • You enjoy working with creative, meaningful products and explaining their value clearly
  • You’re able to combine and curate items into thoughtful, attractive offers
  • You understand that good sales blends logic with human connection

Closing & Resilience

  • You recognise rejection as part of the process and prepare alternative approaches when needed
  • You understand what helps move a deal forward: Communicate to be likable, adjusting pricing thoughtfully, adding small, meaningful touches 
  • You don’t just call to ask "any update on the quotation?" — but you stay connected: Asking how clients are doing, remembering details that matter to them, helping them feel valued, not rushed
  • You know how to build an offer to your deals that it's actually too good to say no

  • You know how to use basic Ai tools - Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude
  • You know how to use basic excel formulas, keyboard shorcuts, and how to use Canva
