Job Description

APR-Aviation Training Centre presents a 'Train & Place' Program in partnership with ST Engineering, Singapore, one of the leading aircraft MRO solution providers globally. This initiative was launched in 2020 and is currently entering its 12th batch.

Details for the Aircraft Turbine Engine Technicians Program are as follows:

- **Phase 1**: 3 months of theoretical and practical training at APR-Aviation Training Centre, Subang, with a training allowance of SGD 400.00 per month (this will be paid upon starting On-the-Job Training in Singapore).
- **Phase 2**: 9 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) at ST Engineering’s engine maintenance facility in Singapore, offering a training allowance of SGD 1,200.00 per month, along with accommodation in Singapore.
- After successfully completing Phase 2, participants will be offered permanent employment with a one-year bond.
- The program is set to begin at the end of July 2026.
- The maximum number of students per batch is 15.

Job Requirements

• Must be a Malaysian citizen
• Age 26 or younger
• In good physical and mental health, and not color blind
• Currently enrolled as a Diploma/Degree undergraduate in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Aircraft Maintenance, or Mechanical Engineering
• Looking for an internship opportunity in end of July 2026, with the prospect of permanent employment 
• Open to training in Shah Alam, Malaysia, and Singapore (service apartment provided in Singapore)
• Willing to work in Singapore
• No criminal record in Malaysia or Singapore
