Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and disciplined Project Manager to lead digital transformation, AI systems, HRMS/LMS platforms, simulation solutions, and government-linked technology projects. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project execution including government tender compliance, stakeholder coordination, delivery governance, and field deployment activities.


This role requires frequent travel to government agencies, project sites, universities, and partner organisations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Governance

  • Lead full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, risk registers, resource plans, and performance reports.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams including software engineers, AI engineers, UI/UX, and field deployment staff.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and approved budget.

2. Government Tender & Compliance Management

  • Manage government tender submissions including RFP/RFQ/RFI documentation, technical proposals, costing, and compliance matrices.
  • Liaise with ministries, government agencies, GLCs, and statutory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate site visits, presentations, and tender defence sessions.

3. Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, consultants, universities, and regulators.
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Manage expectations, escalations, and change requests professionally.

4. Operations & Field Execution

  • Perform on-site project monitoring, installations, audits, and acceptance testing.
  • Travel to client offices, project sites, universities, training centres, and government locations.
  • Ensure operational readiness, handover documentation, and training delivery.

5. Quality, ITIL & Process Management

  • Apply ITIL-based service management principles across Incident, Change, Release and Problem Management.
  • Establish SOPs, workflow documentation, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Continuously improve delivery efficiency and risk control mechanisms.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess own car and valid driving licence.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience managing government tenders, public sector projects or GLC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL Framework (ITIL Foundation or higher certification required).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering / Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing digital platforms, AI systems, HRMS/LMS or enterprise software projects.
  • Willing to travel frequently and work on-site when required.
