Job Description

Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Strong, Backend Proficient)

Main Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop integrated frontend and backend systems
• Enhance user experience while ensuring system reliability and scalability
• Drive technical solutions that reduce operational costs
• Enable new revenue opportunities through efficient, maintainable code and APIs
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues between frontend and backend systems
• Design cohesive systems with proper separation of concerns
• Mentor team members while continuously learning new technologies
• Lead full-stack projects with measurable business impact

Job Requirements

Experience Level:

• 5-10 years of professional experience

Technical Skills - Frontend (Must Have):

• Deep proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript
• State management (Redux, Context API)
• Frontend testing (Jest, Cypress)
• Proven track record of high Lighthouse performance scores

Technical Skills - Backend (Must Have):

• Solid experience with Node.js
• NestJS (preferred) or ExpressJS
• Database management (SQL, NoSQL)
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)

Technical Skills - Nice to Have:

• Understanding of OpenAI and AI integration capabilities

Soft Skills & Mindset:

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, performant applications
