Job Description

  • Manage inventory, pricing, and vending levels to increase sales and ensuring quality of product goals are met

  • Work together and coordinate with IT/developers to ensure smoothness of the entire system (i.e. vending machines, payment gateway, inventory management, etc)

  • Involve in marketing & strategy planning, request-for-proposal (RFP process), contract negotiation and oversight

  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers on refill, pricing, promotion, joint-marketing, etc

  • Manage and monitor partners (i.e vendor, advertising, WiFi partners) to ensure they meet SLAs and other contractual requirements

  • Improve reporting through KPI drill down to pertinent data to simplify root cause analysis and improvements

  • In charge of multiple methods of report presentation, including monthly and annual reports, and PowerPoint

  • Communicate with stakeholders to address system and logistics issues

  • Design and implement weekly reporting system for communicating to stakeholders progress against KPIs

  • Vendor & partner compliance issue tracking log to efficiently track deficiencies

  • Coordinate with IT/Developer team and client/supplier on API integration and other system integration


  • Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year working experiences


  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/ Management fields or its equivalent


  • Able to interact with people at all levels


  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin Language is an added advantage

  • Energetic, self-motivated and hardworking


  • Able to work as a team and independently

  • Possess own transport is an added advantage
