Job Description

Your Mission

  • You are responsible for delivering gold-standards customer experience by designing the perfect ARBA Customer Journey during Pre-Trip, During Trip & Post-Trip.
  • As the friendly face behind the screen, you'll be the go-to guru for ARBA Travellers seeking assistance. Whether they reach out via WhatsApp, email, or phone call, your mission is to dazzle them with your quick wit and unwavering helpfulness. No question is too big or small when it comes to making our guests' journeys as smooth as silk.

Skillsets

  • Empathy is a must: ARBA Travel’s Customer Experience needs to have decent sensibility when offering consultation, troubleshooting, listening to customers’ concerns, or resolving any issues.
  • Excellence in communication: You are good at choosing the right words at the right time for the right person.

Job Requirements

Requirements

✅ Possess SPM qualification
✅ Malaysian Citizen
✅ Holds a Bachelor's Degree with CGPA above 3.50 from a recognised institution
✅ Fluent in Bahasa Melayu AND English

Required Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle crisis situations

Familiarity with global travel regulations, booking systems, and industry best practices
