Job Description

  • Maintaining physical and digital of employees' record such as employment contracts, person information, employee leave record, etc. 
  • Gather payroll data such as bank accounts and working days
  • Respond to employees’ questions & request related to employment. 
  • Generate monthly payroll & claims. 
  • Maintain proper filing of documents when required by superior. 
  • Upkeep of office equipments. 
  • To perform any other duty assigned by superior. 

Job Requirements

  1. Must at least posses Diploma in Business Studies/Human Resource. 
  2. Minimum 1 year working experience in HR & ADMIN department. 
  3. Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  4. Experience using spreadsheets & words. 
  5. Good attitude and attendance. 
  6. Detail oriented person.
