Location: Mid Valley City (Near to KTM & LRT)

This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company
• Promote a positive organizational culture and ensure employee satisfaction and engagement

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
