We are looking to hire a talented Sales Executive who has experience in Property developer Sales or construction industry to join our team. 

Job Descriptions:
<ul>
<li>Seeking out prospective clients across all platforms, industry research, generate leads, visiting, cold calling and networking.</li>
<li>Identify potential Sales Clients, Young Entrepreneurs like Decision Maker, Business Owners, C’s level across industry sectors.</li>
<li>Bring nomination, set up meetings with potential client virtually or sales visit.</li>
<li>Propose and present the Branding packages to the clients.</li>
<li>Close deals/contracts and provide good after-sales service to the clients.</li>
<li>Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, networking meetings.</li>
<li>Coordinate with team members to deliver the deals as to achieve better results.</li>
<li>To increase sales revenue and achieve sales target as well as on-time collections.</li>
</ul>
