This post will support the administrative operations of the organization by overseeing daily office functions, assisting in managing staff, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
You will play an important role in:-
- Office Management:
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily administrative activities in AEM.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Organize and manage office layouts and seating arrangements.
- Staff Support:
- Provide support to the HOD in managing staff schedules and responsibilities.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and training existing staff on administrative procedures.
- Transport & Logistic arrangement for staffs, customer, VIP
- Manager Domitory Management
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for meetings and management.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist Country Admin Snr Mgr in the planning and execution of administrative projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure administrative needs are met.
- Internal & External Audits:
- Oversee Admin dept compliance and audits related to ISO system, BCMS, RBA, CSR, EMS, OHSAS. Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings
- Compliance and Policies:
- Help enforce Admin policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- 6S Activities:
- Implement & Promote 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) initiatives within the plant.
- Carry out routine audit to drive a culture of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workplace.
- Share services
- To provide shared services support on office administration roles as and when required.
