Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
  2. Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
  3. Respond to inquiries from both international and domestic customers, coordinate shipment arrangements with clients, and compile all necessary import and export shipping documentation
  4. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations
  5. Produce official quotations for the customers, create and distribute comprehensive invoices, complete the necessary shipping documentation for filling, and generate relevant reports.
  6. Organize and arrange stock within the warehouse for easy access and efficient retrieval.
  7. Maintain effective communication with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  8. Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
  9. Coordinate with the team to update stock levels and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
  10. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain high-quality standards.
  11. Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects to the relevant teams and vendors as necessary.
  12. Stay informed about system updates and enhancements to facilitate efficient usage.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, logistics or supply chain management or any related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  4. Preferable candidates that are fluent in Mandarin speaking abilities to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.
  5. Good teamwork, mature thinking, self-motivated, customer-focused, and great phone etiquette.
  6. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
