Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to expand our client base in the Food Service industry, with a focus on premium, artisanal products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and suppliers, ensuring strong relationships and a deep understanding of product offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with hotels, restaurants, and specialty food retailers.
  • Oversee brand positioning and awareness campaigns.
  • Manage client accounts, providing exceptional service and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Represent Artisan Fine Foods at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to grow our client base in the Food Service industry focusing on premium artisanal products.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers fostering strong relationships and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by cultivating connections with hotels restaurants and specialty food retailers.
  • Supervise brand positioning and awareness strategies.
  • Manage client accounts delivering top-tier service and support while ensuring customer contentment.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Monitor and attain sales goals offering regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Represent Artisan Fine Foods at industry events trade shows and promotional campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record and experience in food products sales and marketing, with a strong focus on B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Passion for artisanal and premium food products, with an ability to convey this enthusiasm to customers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
