As our Recovery Officer, your main mission is to engage positively with our customers via telephone to help them resolve overdue accounts and structured repayment schedules. Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Repayment Coordination

• Contact customers via telephone to follow up on overdue accounts to help us maintain healthy credit portfolios.
• Negotiate and arrange suitable repayment plans with customers, allowing them to settle their outstanding balances in a sustainable and manageable manner.
• Maintain accurate, structured records of all customer interactions and payment updates so that our database remains reliable and compliant.

Target Achievement & Compliance

• Achieve individual and team recovery targets to support our overall business growth and operational milestones.
• Ensure all daily collection activities comply strictly with company policies and regulatory requirements, allowing us to protect our professional reputation and customer trust.

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, as we provide full professional training to set you up for success.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic computer knowledge to navigate our database and recording systems smoothly.
• Ability to handle professional phone communications and document call logs systematically.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and persuasive negotiation skills, with a warm yet assertive conversational style.
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined with targets, and resilient under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively as a supportive team player.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,500.
