THE OPPORTUNITY
Our partner, a fully integrated risk advisory firm, is expanding their team and hiring for Administrative Support to be based here.
As the Administrative Support, you are responsible for supporting the firm on insurances and liaise with different stakeholders. In this role, the team is expecting a proactive and keen individual who can contribute to the success of the firm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre renewal email preparation.
- Renewal email preparation.
- Support the business team unit with policies.
- Helps in client negotiations.
- Make sure that stakeholders and client relationship are built and maintained.
- Data entry and management.
- CRM maintenance and management.
- Policy document review and preparation.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Working experience in insurance – Australian experience is preferred.
- Experience using Winbeat, Sunrise, SCTP or other insurer portal.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- High levels of attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Can work independently or with a team.
- Has the initiative and ability to think outside the box.
