What You'll Do

  • Assess and structure business credit applications, including large and complex deals, to ensure each proposal is thoughtfully evaluated and well presented.
  • Analyse financial statements, cash flow, and key risk factors to provide clear, informed support for lending decisions.
  • Work closely with credit partners and funding providers to keep assessments aligned and approvals moving smoothly.
  • Manage day-to-day operations by guiding customers through onboarding, collecting required documents, and coordinating contract settlements.
  • Oversee legal documentation and compliance checks, collaborating with lawyers when needed to ensure every facility is properly structured and executed.
  • Continuously refine, improve, and document operational processes to help the business scale efficiently and deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Stay closely engaged with customers throughout the funding process, guiding them step by step, providing clear updates, and ensuring their experience is smooth and stress-free.
  • Work collaboratively with brokers, suppliers, and customers to bring deals to completion and ensure all parties are aligned.
  • Support the team with reporting, reconciliations, and workflow management to keep operations running accurately and efficiently.
  • Partner with the leadership team to prioritise key tasks and initiatives that help drive the business forward.

Key Criteria

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in credit analysis or lending, ideally with exposure to larger or more complex facilities.
  • Solid analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to structure credit deals effectively.
  • • You’re hands-on, organised, and proactive, someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and keep things moving.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams, communicating clearly and professionally.
  • Confident using CRM systems, lending platforms, e-signing tools, and digital workflows to manage your work efficiently.
  • You genuinely care about customers, look for practical solutions, and are excited by the opportunity to help grow a business.

Work setup:

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

    • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a fully onsite work setup.
    • Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm GMT+8) with a fully onsite work setup.
