What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services including Exchange (Hybrid & Online), Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Manage Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), identity governance, Conditional Access, MFA, and security configurations.
  • Configure and maintain security, compliance, and data protection controls (DLP, email authentication: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and bulk administration.
  • Provide Level 3 support for messaging, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure incidents and problems.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure scalability, reliability, and availability.
  • Support and maintain core infrastructure technologies including VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, Citrix, and storage platforms.
  • Collaborate with security teams and vendors to ensure solutions meet organisational security and compliance standards.
  • Participate in BAU operations and on-call roster, ensuring timely incident resolution in a 24/7 environment.

Key Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange On prem Hybrid, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) with strong knowledge of Azure services including Entra AD, Conditional Access, and security features.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and bulk administration tasks.
  • Proven experience in operating a complex operational environment covering multiple 24*7 sites and technologies including but not limited to Windows, Cisco, VMWare, SCCM\Intune, Azure\AWS, Citrix, and Office 365. Key areas are Cloud (Office 365 and Azure).
  • Administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange On prem Hybrid, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Developed strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the Office 365 environment.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory integration and identity governance for collaboration tools, configuration and maintenance of security policies, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance settings within Office 365 and Azure.

Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a fully onsite arrangement on the first month and 2 days onsite per week afterwards.
  • Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm GMT+8) with a fully onsite arrangement on the first month and 2 days onsite per week afterwards.
