THE OPPORTUNITY

Our partner is a leading manufacturer, celebrated for its wide array of high-quality products! They are considered one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest manufacturers, employing over 7,000 people across 40 sites.

They are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to assist with the end-to-end supply chain for their products, including sourcing, planning, manufacturing, and distribution, to deliver service, quality, and value objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process sales orders, goods receipts, and customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Plan daily order loads and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage livestock scheduling, classification, and reporting; raise purchase orders and reconcile carcass data.
  • Track and reconcile raw material movements and resolve stock variances.
  • Administer CHEP pallet transactions and address discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular reports and perform ad hoc data analysis as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and training.
  • Support and promote a safe, environmentally responsible workplace culture.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of supply chain experience within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze issues and deliver strategic solutions.
