JOB DESCRIPTION

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable testing requirements.
• Develop and execute tailored test strategies that validate system functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications, integrations, and APIs to ensure they meet business needs and industry standards.
• Design and implement automated testing solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of quality assurance processes.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, documenting findings and ensuring lessons learned are applied to future projects.
• Proactively monitor system performance, identifying and mitigating risks before they impact operations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by integrating cutting-edge tools and practices such as AI and automation into quality assurance processes.
• Foster collaboration across business and technical teams to promote a shared commitment to excellence.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, and Postman.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript to develop and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong grasp of testing tools and methodologies with practical experience in automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Australian insurance industry standards and processes, including regulatory compliance.
• Experience in end-to-end testing, including system integrations and API functionality.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in technology, such as AI, automation, and chatbot systems, with a drive to apply these innovations to quality assurance.
