About the Position:

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a background in fleet or transportation management? Join our expanding team as a Truck Fleet Supervisor, where you'll be responsible for overseeing daily fleet operations to guarantee safety, efficiency, and punctuality.

Your Duties:

• Manage the daily activities of the truck fleet, which includes scheduling and dispatch operations.
• Evaluate driver performance while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise vehicle maintenance protocols, service schedules, and minimize operational interruptions.
• Keep detailed records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to control costs and enhance fleet productivity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for any on-road emergencies or operational challenges.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or a similar role.

✅ Qualifications:

• SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or any relevant field.

✅ Hard Skills:

Fleet scheduling and route planning

Vehicle maintenance knowledge

Familiarity with transport regulations and fleet systems

Computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, Word, etc.)

✅ Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and communication

Problem-solving under pressure

Good time management and attention to detail
