Job Description

 We are looking for a Floor Service Intern to join our service team and gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the service team with daily restaurant operations.
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with taking customer orders and ensuring orders are communicated accurately to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting tables.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, tidy, and properly arranged.
• Assist customers with basic menu enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
• Assist with preparing the restaurant before opening and cleaning up after service.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with stock checking and replenishment of service items when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Currently pursuing Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Interested in learning about restaurant and customer service operations.
• Friendly, polite, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior work experience required.
