Job Description

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Lead full-spectrum finance and accounting functions (AP, AR, FA, GL).
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings under Local GAAP and U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare management reports, financial forecasts, product costing, and cash flow analysis.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and manage revenue recognition.

2. Accounting, Tax & Compliance

• Safeguard company financial assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
• Manage statutory filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee HR administrative matters including payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and staff benefits.

3. Business Partnering & Commercial Support

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business streams and projects.
• Review OPEX and CAPEX requests and support global/regional initiatives.
• Contribute to board papers, legal due diligence, and Pre-IPO activities.

4. Operations & Stakeholder Management

• Ensure timely collections and receivables management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Care, IT, and local Business Centre teams.
• Strengthen financial controls and asset management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fully/Part-qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA, or CIMA preferred).
• Membership with a recognized accounting body (e.g., MIA) is an advantage.
• 7–10 years in accounting/finance roles, including full set of accounts, taxation, and compliance.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards, auditing principles, and e-invoicing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization and with Business Centre operations.
