Job Description

Our client is one of the leading telecommunication providers in Malaysia, offering a wide range of mobile plans and services to meet the needs of its customers, these includes Postpaid, Prepaid, and Broadband services to customers nationwide. The company has invested heavily in its network infrastructure, and has built a high-speed, Fiber-Optic network that covers most of the major cities and towns in Malaysia. 

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Supervise installation and post-installation service and maintenance.
• Engage in cabling or wiring for internal or external
• Communicate, interact and entertain customer’s questions in a polite and professional manner
• Solving customer problems and complaints.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Generate and submit sales reports to management

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• Must have at least 6 - 12 month of experience in sales or relevant working experience.
• Must be willing to work outdoor, involved in promotion campaign or direct approach with potential business or customer.
• Meeting the KPI's
• Possessed own transport/vehicle (Car) to travel around assigned territory .
