We are representing our client who is one of the largest manufacturer of small domestic appliances and cookware operating with well-known brands across multiple countries. This internship offers hands-on exposure to managing major e-commerce platforms within a multinational FMCG environment.

As an E-Commerce Platform Administration Intern, you will support daily marketplace operations, product listings, campaign execution, and performance reporting across e-commerce platform while working with the e-commerce team.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily platform checks across e-commerce platform to verify:
• Product pricing accuracy
• Stock availability and visibility
• Product listing status
• Promotional banners and campaign displays
• Update product listings as assigned, including:
• Product titles, descriptions, images
• Promotional pricing
• Bundle configurations
• Assist in executing e-commerce campaigns by:
• Creating vouchers
• Submitting Flash Sale slots
• Configuring promotional bundles and campaign mechanics
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Maintain and update administrative documents, trackers, reports, and operational logs
• Support the e-commerce team with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Information Systems or related field
• Internship period of at least 3 months
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passionate about e-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital retail
