Job Description

1- Asset Management & Maintenance Planning

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) plans based on equipment criticality
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities (spare parts, manpower & timeline)
• Maintain equipment history records and technical documentation
• Analyze downtime, PM compliance & maintenance performance
• Generate stoppage & backlog reports, prioritize corrective actions
• Monitor spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports
• Monitor utilities consumption (fuel, electricity, air & water) and recommend improvements

2- Machine Knowledge & Technical Application

• Translate machine specifications into structured PM plans
• Prepare equipment manuals & troubleshooting guides
• Support machine installation and commissioning
• Conduct technical support & training for maintenance team
• Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions

3- Project Management

• Provide work recommendations and cost estimates
• Participate in technical evaluation and equipment bidding
• Execute projects within agreed timeline
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure cost-effective resource utilization

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or any related field
• Strong knowledge in machine design & specifications
• Able to guide maintenance team (electrical / mechanical / instrumentation)
• Familiar with GMP, FSMS & food manufacturing operations
• Knowledge in SAP PM / CMMS & Microsoft Office
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, problem-solving & continuous improvement
• Able to work independently, under pressure & flexible
