Job Description:

Maintenance Planning & Asset Management

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for plant equipment.
• Schedule maintenance activities, including manpower, spare parts, and timelines.
• Maintain records of maintenance history, repairs, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
• Monitor equipment downtime and analyze reports to improve reliability and reduce breakdowns.
• Monitor utilities usage (electricity, fuel, air, and water) and recommend improvements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance-related costs.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:
• Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing set-up.
• Functioned at least 2 years as supervisor or executive.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar systems, maintenance planning, and asset management.
• Able to handles confidential and sensitive data, including machine specifications, technical manuals, maintenance records, and operational reports.
• Understanding of food manufacturing regulations, GMP, FSMS, and operational principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, including lean manufacturing, statistics, and root cause analysis.
• Able to work under pressure, with minimal supervision; hardworking, flexible, and adaptable.
