Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiters to join our team on a temporary, project-based assignment. This role plays a key part in supporting our large-scale hiring initiative, managing the complete recruitment cycle from talent sourcing to onboarding.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process that aligns with project timelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 4–6 years) in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or project-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
