Job Scope:
- Make outbound calls to existing SME customers.
- Promote and sell products/services via consultative selling.
- Build strong customer relationships & provide great service.
- Handle enquiries through calls/chats/emails.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Achieve sales targets & maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree.
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or call centre is an advantage.
- Proficient in English & good communication skills.
- Only open to Malaysian citizens.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
