Responsibilities

1) Site Inspection

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

2) Measurement

• Accurately measure site progress, materials, and quantities according to construction drawings.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors and Engineers for verification and billing purposes.

3) Project Reporting

• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the management team.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and relevant stakeholders regarding project milestones, progress, and any potential delays.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or a Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant working experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Possess good manners, strong self-discipline, and the ability to work independently.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
