Key Responsibilities

• • Execute a social media content calendar aligned with ongoing activities and events
• • Create and publish short-form social content:
• • Stories and reels using mobile devices
• • Static and simple motion posts using Canva or equivalent tools
• • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on content direction and messaging
• • Publish and schedule content across social platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
• • Monitor post-level performance metrics such as views, engagement, and interactions
• • Support live activities:
• • Comment moderation
• • Real-time content updates
• • Coordinate with external contributors (e.g. KOLs, partners) to ensure timely submissions
• • Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned content

Job Requirements

•  • Experience managing or executing social media accounts
•  • Comfortable creating mobile-first content (stories, reels)
•  • Familiar with Canva or similar design tools
•  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics
•  • Strong time management and responsiveness
•  • Able to work under time pressure and dynamic schedules
