Job Description

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
•  Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
•  Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and conversions.
•  Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
•  Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
•  Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
•  Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
•  Work with influencers, partners, and industry experts to enhance brand credibility and reach.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing. 
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising features.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
•  Ability to think creatively and strategically.
•  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
