Job Description
We are seeking a technically capable Technical Media & Broadcast Specialist to support live events, video production, and broadcast operations. This role focuses on execution and reliability, particularly in live or time-sensitive environments.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working behind the scenes, handling equipment, managing live streams, and delivering post-event media assets on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Live & Event Operations
- • Set up, operate, and manage livestream systems for live events
- • Handle cameras, capture devices, audio equipment, and streaming software
- • Monitor stream stability, audio quality, and video feeds during live sessions
- • Support live broadcast operations, including switching and technical troubleshooting

Video Production
- • Shoot event footage using professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or action cameras)
- • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects experience is an advantage)
- • Deliver event highlight videos and raw media assets as required
- • Ensure files are properly organised, backed up, and handed over on time

- • Maintain and track media equipment inventory
- • Ensure equipment is functional, charged, and ready prior to events
- • Report and manage equipment issues, damage, or losses
