Job Description

To be responsible and accountable to achieve performance target on sales and collection.

To plan and work together with Manager, Sales & Marketing and assist in sales proposal in
order to generate sales volume and achieve monthly sales target.

To manage and participate in overall event activities (roadshows, exhibitions, etc.)

To participate and be in duty at sales gallery as well as on location of projects or property
launches.

To attend to sales inquiries, including calls/emails and walk-in customers by providing
information about company’s product.

To prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

To contribute in planning and strategizing a yearly and month to month marketing campaign
and/or activities.

To follow up through sales orders, deliveries, collection and attentive to order enquiries.

To assist in carry out research analysis and product conceptualisation proposal for new
project.

Prepare and submit periodical reports to relevant government agencies or authorities.

Submission for APDL approval and renewal.

Job Requirements

Degree / Advanced Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline.

Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing in property development
industry.

Proven track record and experience in sales and marketing.

Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 standard and preparation, implementation and maintenance of
the quality management system will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical skills and a team player.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Good in sales and marketing and business writing skills.

Able to perform under pressure.

Ability to think out of the box.
