We’re seeking a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Intern to support our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing team.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and XiaoHongShu
- Optimize website content & blogs for SEO and user engagement
- Engage with followers via DMs, comments, and community messages
- Track campaign performance via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Manage e-marketplace orders & customer service (inquiries, chat support, etc.)
Job Requirements
🎯 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a student or a recent graduate in Marketing, Mass communication, E-Commerce, Business Management, or any related field
- Loves digital content, storytelling, lifestyle aesthetics & online shopping trends
- Is familiar with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (a plus, not a must!)
- Communicates well and is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
- Bonus:
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (written or spoken) — a plus for engaging with a broader customer base
