Job Description

  • Operations Coordination: Monitor and coordinate with subordinates and interns onkey business operations, including sales support, supply chain management, and administrative tasks.
  •  HR & Administration: Handle general administrative tasks, manage schedules, and support daily office and HR operations.
  •  Digital Marketing Support (Ad-hoc): Assist with basic photo/video shooting, editing, and content creation for our social media channels as needed.
  •  Driving & Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide driving support for the Director and assist with occasional ad-hoc tasks as needed.


Job Requirements

  •  A Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  •  1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role. Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  •  A valid driver's license is required.
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  •  Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
  •  A professional, punctual, and adaptable individual who is able to maintain confidentiality.
  •  Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media content creation (photo/video), is a plus.
