Purpose of the role:

The Admin Executive will support HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across office management, employee onboarding, tenancy and vehicle administration, trade show coordination, and other ad hoc administrative tasks. This role is on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave.

You will play an important role to:

  • Compile monthly reports, including personal driver and MD claims including credit card statements.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires: asset allocation, orientation, workstation setup, and collaboration with appropriate departments.
  • Manage tenancy contracts and office functions, including front desk operations, mail handling, courier services, and visitor management.
  • Administer vehicle insurance and road tax, ensuring prompt renewal and payment.
  • Assist with trade shows and marketing events, including registration, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative/HR experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. 
  • Good communication in English.
