What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and coordinate daily OSP fiber deployment operations.
- Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Generate and present weekly progress reports and related documentation.
- Monitor and push for progress towards monthly project objectives.
- Participate in client meetings and deliver prompt updates.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance are upheld.
- Manage planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in fiber optic or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks independently while working under pressure.
- Experience with OSP fiber design and construction is advantageous.
