Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and addressing inquiries about swimming pool products, services, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our swimming pool offerings, including equipment, maintenance supplies, and installation services, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, and processing returns or exchanges efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and follow-up.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services, sharing this information with relevant teams.
  • Work closely with the sales, technical support, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with guidance on pool maintenance and usage, helping them make informed decisions regarding their pool care.
  •  Will interact with a site visit to the client's place

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned.
  •   Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the swimming pool or outdoor living industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about swimming pool products and maintenance.
