Job Description

•  Perform routine swimming pool cleaning and servicing at customer sites.
• Test and maintain swimming pool water quality according to company procedures.
• Handle and use pool chemicals safely.
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators and related systems.
• Identify and report equipment faults or maintenance issues.
• Carry out basic repair and maintenance work when required.
• Record service work, water test results and maintenance activities accurately.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper chemical-handling practices.
• Communicate professionally with customers while carrying out service work.
• Travel to different customer sites as required.
• Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Technical certificate / relevant experience is an advantage.
• Experience in swimming pool, plumbing, electrical or mechanical work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pumps, filtration systems and water treatment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
