Job Description

  • Maintain and update candidate and client information in the internal database accurately.
  • Contact and engage with jobseekers via phone, email, or messaging to update database accuracy, support employer branding, and screen/qualify profiles.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases; conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to support recruitment activities.
  • Provide HR and administrative support including data entry, documentation, filing, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
  • Working location : Midvalley City / Bukit Bintang, KL
  • Working hours : Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
