We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern Advisor Assistant to support our Brand Advisors in delivering impactful client experiences. In this role, you'll gain firsthand exposure to branding consultation, client relationship management, and project coordination in a fast-paced creative environment.

This internship is perfect for students or fresh graduates eager to understand how real branding strategies are built and executed for SMEs in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Taking Meeting Minutes
  Join client consultation sessions and internal advisor meetings to accurately capture key discussion points, decisions made, and action items. Ensure notes are clear, organized, and promptly shared with relevant parties.
   
• Follow-Up on Action Items
  Proactively track and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and client deliverables discussed during meetings. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure progress and accountability.
   
• Support Client Preparation
  Help prepare presentation slides, reports, and brand kits for advisor-client meetings. Ensure all materials are aligned with the client's brand direction and project stage.
   
• Maintain Client Documentation
  Organize and update client folders, consultation notes, billing documents and project timelines using internal systems. Ensure easy access and proper version control for the advisory team.
   
• Coordinate Meeting Schedules
  Assist in scheduling client consultations and internal reviews. Send reminders and confirmations as needed to maintain smooth coordination.
   
• Research Branding Trends
  Conduct basic research on competitors, market positioning, and branding trends to support advisors during strategy development.
   
• Support Branding Projects
  Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, marketing campaigns, or event coordination (if any), contributing ideas and assisting with execution where needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) to collaborate with diverse clients and teams. 
• Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint (basic formatting)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions
• Interest in branding, marketing, and business development is a bonus
