Job Description
We are looking for a *Finance Analyst / Business Analyst / Consulting Associate* to support consulting-style projects involving business research, data analysis, financial analysis, PowerPoint deck preparation, and client presentations.
We welcome candidates with relevant experience, as well as passionate learners who are dedicated, hardworking, and willing to grow with the company.
Job Requirements
- Conduct business, financial, market, and competitor research
- Analyze data and prepare useful business insights
- Build professional PowerPoint presentation decks
- Prepare charts, tables, reports, and summaries
- Support client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
- Assist in business strategy, feasibility studies, and project recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information
- Ensure work is accurate, well-structured, and completed on time
- Communicate professionally in both Chinese and English
- Maintains a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
- Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
- Basic to strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Able to prepare structured and professional presentation materials
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Passionate, dedicated, and proactive in taking up new challenges
- Able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment
- Prior experience in consulting, finance, business analysis, data analysis, or corporate projects is an advantage, but not compulsory
