Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, highly organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in both business and day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage priorities efficiently, and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the Director’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
  • Coordinate meetings, bookings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail
  • Handle emails, messages, and key communications on behalf of the Director
  • Reply to messages promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and summarise key action points
  • Prepare documents, reports, and meeting summaries when required
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow through to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with ad-hoc personal and business-related matters
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times


Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English and Chinese (Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus)
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and standard office tools
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
