Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and responsible Photographer to join the ASPIAL team.

The candidate should be able to manage photography sessions independently, communicate professionally with clients, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth daily studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct portrait, personal branding, corporate, product, and event photography.
• Prepare and manage photography equipment before and after each shoot.
• Guide clients on posing, expressions, and suitable photography angles.
• Work closely with makeup artists, stylists, and the project team.
• Manage shooting schedules and ensure sessions start and finish on time.
• Review photographs and select the best images for editing.
• Perform basic photo editing and colour correction when required.
• Complete photography assignments according to the required deadlines.
• Ensure all photos and client files are properly saved and organised.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the studio and showroom.
• Ensure cameras, lighting, backdrops, and other equipment are properly maintained.
• Support outdoor, corporate, and event photography assignments when required.
• Provide a professional and comfortable experience for clients.
• Assist with daily studio operations and other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• A strong portfolio in portrait, corporate, commercial, or event photography.
• Good knowledge of cameras, studio lighting, and photography equipment.
• Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Able to guide and communicate confidently with clients.
• Responsible, punctual, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or outdoor assignments when required.
