Job Description

* Develop and manage relationships with hair salon owners, managers, and professional stylists

* Identify and secure *new salon clients and distribution opportunities*

* Promote and sell professional *haircare products, salon equipment, or services*

* Conduct *product demonstrations, consultations, and training* for salon staff

* Understand salon business needs and recommend *tailored product solutions*

* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly *sales targets*

* Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging salon needs

* Attend *beauty industry events, trade shows, and salon visits*

Job Requirements

•   Start anytime
•   3+ years of sales experience within the hair salon / professional beauty industry
•   Strong knowledge of professional hair products, treatments, or salon operations
•   Existing network with salon owners, stylists, or distributors is a strong advantage
•   Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•   Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
•   Comfortable conducting product presentations and training sessions
•   Willingness to travel locally to visit salons and clients
