Asterisk Digital offers internship opportunities for aspiring professionals across three dynamic roles: Full Stack Developer, IT Business Analyst (BA), and Data & AI Intern.

Our internship program provides hands-on experience with modern technologies and practical methodologies, giving interns valuable exposure to real-world projects and business challenges.

As an intern at Asterisk Digital, you will work alongside experienced professionals and develop practical skills across software development, business analysis, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IT consulting, depending on your selected role. Job Requirements

Minimum Duration: 4 Months
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree and above only
Roles: IT Business Analyst, Full Stack Developer, or Data & AI Intern

IT Business Analyst (BA)

Key Responsibilities under the guidance of a Senior BA:

• Understanding Business Needs: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Communication and Collaboration: Act as a facilitator to ensure clear communication between business and IT teams.
• Documenting Requirements: Create detailed documentation outlining project needs, business requirements, and system functionalities.
• Solution Design and Analysis: Work with developers to design solutions, analyze feasibility, and ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives.
• Project Coordination: Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and timelines.
• Manage project scope and ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, track progress, and assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Coordinate resources and dependencies across different teams.
• Testing and Implementation: Participate in user testing and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and support a smooth transition.

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities under the guidance of a Senior Developer:

• Develop solution components using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and cloud-based architectures.
• Follow agile practices and software development best practices.
• Understand and apply modern web application design and architecture.
• Construct, test, implement, and optimize systems that support business functions.
• Research technical environments and system requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, construct, and implement integrated solutions.
• Perform and support various testing phases.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Build knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and design documents.

Data & AI Intern

Key Responsibilities under the guidance of Senior Data & AI team members:

• Data Preparation & Analysis: Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data to support business reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Data Visualization: Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
• Data Engineering: Support data integration, ETL/ELT processes, databases, APIs, and data pipelines.
• AI Solution Development: Assist in developing and testing practical AI solutions, including Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and AI-powered automation.
• AI Integration: Support the integration of AI models and services into business applications and workflows.
• Research & Experimentation: Explore emerging Data and AI technologies and evaluate how they can be applied to real-world business use cases.
• Testing & Validation: Assist in testing data accuracy, AI outputs, application functionality, and solution performance.
• Business Collaboration: Work with Business Analysts, Developers, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into Data and AI solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, findings, solution designs, and user guides where required.
• Continuous Learning: Build practical knowledge in areas such as SQL, Python, Power BI, cloud data platforms, Generative AI, and modern AI development tools.
